Changing faces

Having spent most of my childhood growing up in Hulme which is situated on the doorstep of Manchester city centre I was blind to the slow change that was happening in the area in my earlier years. little did I know that many years later those childhood days were the foundation of my obsession with the city. The desire to explore the urban environment from an early age has forced me to question why urban change happens in the first place although I never thought I would see the city changing on the epic scale that it is today. Changing faces is a project of visual documentation surrounding the deconstruction and reconstruction of Manchester.
